The Cambrian

The 19th-century ski lodge, set high on a hill in the centre of Adelboden, has been transformed into a slick spa hotel, using local stone, wood and slate. The lounge, winter garden, restaurant and outdoor pool have all been designed to showcase the very best of the views that stretch out across the wide mountain valley. Be sure to request a south-facing panorama bedroom for the best balcony views.

The restaurant serves local and healthy Ottolenghi-inspired cuisine, with lots of platters for sharing.
