This seven-story, chateau-style hotel takes centre stage in Beaver Creek village, just a ski pole’s throw from the slopes. About the resort
While the exclusive resort of Beaver Creek is just as posh and polished as its neighbour Vail, it’s much less known and as a result, quieter. There is a smart traffic-free village centre (complete with heated pavements).
Its ski area is on the small side, at 1,832 acres, but it is packed with excellent, varied skiing, from superb beginner trails to gung-ho mogul runs. Beaver Creek is also home to the only regularly used World Cup downhill course in North America, the notorious Birds of Prey.
